Every crypto transaction
in the right account.

For Web3 companies and the accounting firms that keep their books. Wallets and exchanges synced, every movement filed in the French chart of accounts by fixed rules, doubtful cases left to you, and a FEC checked against 65 rules before your accountant opens it.

Free account, no credit card. The FEC check needs no account, runs in French like the FEC itself, and never keeps your file.

Illustrative preview, made-up data.

12 networks synced from an address, 55 categories of the French chart of accounts, 65 checks before every FEC, and exports ready for Sage, EBP, Cegid and TIIME.

Spreadsheets weren't built for crypto.

Dozens of networks. Exchanges that each export their own way. Swaps, bridges, gas, airdrops. Every line still has to end up in the right account, at the right price, in a file the tax office can ask for any day.

18 columns, in order.

A French FEC has 18 mandatory columns, in the order set by article A47 A‑1 of the tax procedure code.

Exchanges now report.

Since 1 January 2026, the EU's DAC8 directive makes crypto platforms report their users' transactions to the tax authorities. The first reports, covering 2026, are filed in 2027.

Your gains, not so much.

Your exchange reports yearly totals per asset. Working out your capital gain across every wallet and platform is still on you.

Already have a FEC? See what it got wrong.

Drop in a FEC from any software. The X-ray grades it from A to E and lists every problem it finds: wallets missing from the books, tokens sold before they were bought, transfers that never arrived, addresses posing as yours.

Free, no account, in French like the FEC itself. Your file is analysed in memory and never stored.

  1. Drop an existing FEC
  2. Seven exams
  3. Grade and what to fix

Paste an address. Get the whole history.

Defi Flow reads the block explorers and pulls transfers, swaps and fees on 12 networks, then refreshes the wallet when you come back. For Kraken, a three-step assistant gets you to an API key, and the CSV export works too.

  1. Paste a wallet address
  2. Read network by network
  3. The whole history, classified

Every transaction gets its account.

Swap, bridge, staking, gas, internal transfer, supplier payment. About a hundred deterministic rules, no generative AI, suggest one of 55 categories of the French chart of accounts for each movement. Each asset gets its own sub-account, and anything ambiguous goes to a review queue, one card at a time.

  • 512 Bank
  • 522 Tokens, one sub-account per asset
  • 580 Internal transfers
  • 764 Staking income
  • 7674 Capital gains
  • 401 Suppliers
  • 411 Customers
  1. Each new transaction
  2. Fixed rules pick the account
  3. Doubtful cases left to you
  1. Drop an invoice
  2. Amount, date, counterparty compared
  3. Linked to its transaction

Receipts find their transactions.

Drop an invoice. Defi Flow suggests the matching transaction from the amount, the date and the counterparty, and shows you why. When the match is near certain, it links them on its own. A payment split over several transactions is recognised too.

A FEC your accountant opens without sighing.

The 18 legal columns, in the exact order of article A47 A‑1, and one balanced entry per operation. Before export, 65 automatic checks run on the file, and a file that fails is blocked. Every FEC is archived with its SHA-256 fingerprint, checked again on each download.

  1. Entries of the fiscal year
  2. 65 automatic checks
  3. FEC with its SHA‑256 fingerprint

A 3916-bis to prepare? Defi Flow lists the exchange accounts held abroad. The disposals table is computed asset by asset, so it doesn't replace the 2086 calculation.

Every correction leaves a trail.

Manual reclassifications, rules, clean-ups and fiscal-year locks go into a log chained with SHA-256. Each entry carries the fingerprint of the one before it, and the database refuses edits and deletions.

How the chain works: try editing an entry.

1. Reclass 4f3a91c2
2. Rule c2e07f4d
3. Journal a1b83e72
4. Reclass 8d9e11ff
5. Clean-up 57c0de31
6. Year lock e9b2a6d0
Chain intact: every fingerprint matches.

The Audit page runs 19 checks and fixes 13 of them in one click: missing prices, unidentified tokens, failed transactions, duplicates, unbalanced entries.

All your clients in one portal.

Each client keeps a separate file and invites you as their accountant. The firm portal shows every file at a glance, and you switch from one to the next without signing in again.

Questions people ask

Who is Defi Flow for?
Accounting firms with crypto clients, companies that hold or pay in crypto, and freelancers paid in crypto. Defi Flow is sold to businesses only.
Which networks and platforms do you support?
Address sync covers Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Polygon, Optimism, Unichain, Avalanche, Scroll, World Chain, Soneium, Bitcoin and Solana. BNB Chain, Linea, Fantom and Cronos come in through a DeBank export. Kraken connects with an API key or a CSV export, and Binance, Coinbase, Bitpanda, Bitstamp and Bitvavo are coming soon.
Is the FEC compliant?
The file follows the format of article A47 A‑1 of the French tax procedure code: the 18 columns in the required order, UTF-8, tab separated, balanced entries. Before export, 65 automatic checks run on it and block a file that fails. Whether the entries are right also depends on your classification, which is what the review queue and the Audit page are for.
Does Defi Flow replace my accountant?
No. Defi Flow is software: it syncs, classifies and prepares the entries and the FEC, which you check yourself or with your accountant. It doesn't keep your books for you and gives no tax or legal advice.
What about the 2086 and 3916-bis?
Defi Flow doesn't fill in any form. It lists the exchange accounts held abroad, which helps with the 3916-bis for the structures that file it (associations and non-commercial companies). The disposals table is computed asset by asset, not with the global formula of article 150 VH bis, so it can't be copied onto a 2086 as is.
Can I check my FEC without an account?
Yes. The FEC check is free and needs no account: your file goes through the 65 checks we run before every export, and you see the points to look at, crypto activity included. It's analysed in memory and never stored. The check page and its report are in French, like the FEC itself.
I run a firm. How do I follow my clients?
Each client creates a file and invites you as their accountant. You find every file in the firm portal with its figures: transactions, categorisation rate, receipts to match, latest FEC.
Can I bring the history from my old software?
Yes. Import the FECs from your old software, in the A47 A‑1 format, and Defi Flow works out the opening balances and the classification rules.
Where is my data hosted?
The application runs in France at Hostinger, and the database and receipts sit in Ireland at Supabase. The third-party services and what they receive are listed in the privacy policy.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. There's no commitment and you cancel by email. You can export your FEC, CSV and Excel files at any time before you leave.
How does billing work?
No online payment: TLM Solutions sends you an invoice that you pay by bank transfer. Support is by email.
